Wow! What an incredible 2 weeks!!

All told, we had 5 people who would pay us $10,000 cash, 3 more that would pay $8,000 cash and 3 others that were pre-approved for $150,000 – $250,000 and would cash Torrey out. And we had one that emailed us a cashier’s check for $10,490.00 just to HOLD THE PROPERTY! Here’s what Torrey did next.
