Here we are in the “green room” of the top local radio station preparing to talk about the round-robin auction we’re doing this weekend. We’re not just marketing a house, we’re really promoting an event with the highest bidder getting the house. Torrey Brothers, my mentee, wins because he gets $10,000 from the deal. Charities such as Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the Boys and Girls Club also win because Torrey is donating 50% of the money to them!
And best of all, it costs us nothing to do! Press releases do work. Our top objective: drive traffic to the property. Here’s our game plan…

I just got a deal in my hands. I was driving, coming back from an appointment, when I saw an “Open House By Owner” sign near my house. So I stopped and went into the house. The owner has being trying to sell the house for a while. I am working on the numbers and submitting an offer. Yeah Baby!!!
