Part 1: My master marketing plan to sell the house lightening FAST revealed!

Everybody is begging to know more about how we plan to drive 100-150 buyers to a house this weekend and walk away with a $10,000 check. So here it is …

We’re using a round-robin bidding process. Here are just some of the secrets to my marketing:

1. Take advantage of free press. We issued press releases to radio, TV and newspaper stations all of whom will be covering the round-robin auction this weekend. Why? Because Torrey is giving half the profits away to local charities!

2. Don’t underestimate the power of signs. We have signs posted everywhere!

3. Hire “human spinners.” These are people who stand on street corners spinning signs that say, “House sold to the highest bidder!” with an arrow directing them so they know where to find the house.

4. Run newspaper ads. We created a killer ad that was so effective that the newspaper called us to see if they could cover it!

5. Create a website showcasing the home. In just 24 hours, we generated more than 100 unique visitors and 13-15 callers! Click here to check out the website.

6. Post it on craigslist.com.

7. Leverage your network with local investment clubs and ask Realtors, mortgage brokers and builders to help you promote the sale on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and on their blogs. Be sure to give them an electronic flyer so they can easily distribute it for you.
