Two investors who attended one of my training seminars called me yesterday afternoon and if you think I was excited, you should have heard them on the phone!
“Guess what we got! We’re sending you a picture of it right now … it’s a check!” Their first one!!

Once I got them to slow down, they explained what happened. At about the same time we started The Extreme Real Estate Challenge they were starting to run into a challenge of their own in Orlando. Is that the total time they had this house under contract, 2 weeks? Or did they have it longer than the 2 weeks? Just looking for a little more on the total time they had the house under contract. We are all going to get a check!!!!
