Part 1: Here’s how to turn 30 prospects into 3,000!
First things first. We have to get our mind and body right!
Yesterday, we talked with investors at the TRIAD REIA Group (http://www.triadreia.org/) about finding buyers for Torrey’s new house.
This is important: Let other investors help you sell your properties. Although there were only 30 people in the room, we gave them all the info they need about the property in print and electronically so they can share it with Realtors, mortgage brokers, other investors and they can post it on MySpace, Twitter, Linked-In, Facebook, etc. All of a sudden 30 prospects turned into 3,000!
Part 2: So why is taking us so long to get that 2nd house?
You may remember we bought our first house with just $10 within 24 hours of arriving. But we want to be more strategic about the second house we buy. The idea is to drive traffic to the first house and also drive traffic to a second house nearby so we get more bang for our marketing bucks!
Plus, this strategy will help Torrey create a long-term business in which he’s generating more than $100,000 a year. Do you like that sound of that? This is a strategy I’ve used for years and one you should consider to take your business to the next level!

Hi Jason! Good stuff out there – high drama. Where I got stuck was finding “qualified buyers” quickly in the high priced Hawaii market. I know networking and marketing is the key and time makes those stronger…being that this location is ‘new’ and Torrey is just starting as I was, I am hanging on every minute to see him find that end buyer and close the deal.
